Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Availability
Azenbor provides free shipping for all orders. To keep the best quality of the tea, all our teas are shipped directly from our tea farm house in China. You can check our available delivery country as below:

Asia Pacific
Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand

Europe

The estimated delivery time is 8-12 days. *For Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland, delivery is typically 10–20 days.
If you would like to ship to your country, but could not find the availability, please contact us for support.
Once payment is received, your order goes straight to our fulfillment team. At that point, we can’t change the address, swap items, or cancel the order. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, though peak seasons and public holidays may add a short delay. When the shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders will be delivered in two phases:
- Order Processing Time:Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours on business days. This includes inventory checks and quality control.
- Shipping Time:Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after processing. Please note that customs clearance or unforeseen external factors may cause additional delays.
3. Order Tracking
All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number the next business day. If you do not see the confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
You can track your shipment through 17track or Trackingmore. Once the package reaches your country, it may also be tracked via your local postal service.
4. Taxes & Duties
For most countries, you don’t have to pay any taxes when receiving the parcel. However, sometimes local authorities may require you to pay custom taxes. As an importer, you’re responsible for paying customs taxes and import fees if they arise.
For many EU countries, we’ve started offering tax‑inclusive shipping. Taxes are included if it’s stated in the selected shipping method.
5. Shipping Delays
Azenbor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance procedures
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Local postal service disruptions
We recommend closely monitoring your shipment tracking to avoid delays caused by unclaimed or undeliverable packages.
Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation
1) Orders can be canceled at any time before they have been shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@azenbor.com to request a cancellation.
2) Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may apply for a return once you receive the item.

Return Conditions
1) Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unused and in their original condition with all accessories and labels intact.
- Products must be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
2) If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Photos of the damaged or faulty item
- Your order number
We will respond within 2 business days with instructions for further action.

Refund Procedure
1) To initiate a return, email support@azenbor.com with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return. Our support team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
2) After sending the return parcel, please notify us and provide the tracking number. Important: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. Azenbor is not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking details.
3) Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- If the returned goods meet our conditions, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 2 weeks for the credit to reflect in your account.

Shipping Costs for Returns
- Non‑Faulty Items: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.
- Faulty or Damaged Items: Return shipping costs will be covered by Azenbor.

Special Cases
Undeliverable Packages
1) If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, customers are responsible for any additional shipping or return costs.
2) If the package is returned to Azenbor due to a failed delivery attempt, we will issue a partial refund based on the following formula:
Order Value − Actual Shipping Costs − Return Shipping Fees
3) For certain countries, local postal services may require package pickup at a designated location. If you fail to collect the package, a refund will not be issued.

Refusal to Pay Duties or VAT
If customs duties, VAT, or handling fees are required by your local customs office:
1) If you refuse or fail to pay these fees, the parcel will be returned to Azenbor. Upon receiving the returned package:
- We will issue a refund of 70% of the order value (excluding shipping costs).
- The remaining 30% covers administrative fees, return shipping, and handling costs.
2) We encourage customers to contact their local customs office to clarify any charges before placing an order.
